 		   This is the second Annual Report of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy (NRTEE). It is becoming apparent that almost every issue of sustainable development which emerges at the local level will be replicated, in one form or another, at the provincial, national, and international levels. Sustainable development is an issue which transcends all boundaries and all constitutional matters. It must become a principle which serves as a primary building block for the constitutions of all nations of the world.
