Report on Plans and Priorities – 2003-2004
The NRTEE’s Report on Plans and Priorities (RPP) for 2003-2004 is a primary instrument of accountability to Parliament. It is a document written by the NRTEE that explains to Parliament the NRTEE’s plans and expected results. Explaining how the expected results are to be achieved and the means used to achieve them provides a basis for confidence in the government’s stewardship of public resources.
