Working Paper # 10 – Trade, Competitiveness and the Environment (July 1993)

Prepared for the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) by the Centre for Trade Policy and Law and Institute for Research on Public Policy

Working Paper # 10 - Trade, Competitiveness and the Environment (July 1993)There is a growing body of theoretical and policy-oriented
