The NRT’s Response to its obligations under the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act – Advise
The NRT’s annual response to the Minister of the Environment under KPIA provides an assessment of the likelihood of stated emissions reductions being achieved as well as advice on how to improve GHG forecasting and modelling. The Minister is obligated to make the NRT’s response public.
