RELEASED 1999

 		 This is the 1998-1999 Annual Report of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy (NRTEE). Our efforts over the last year have focused on facilitating discussion of the environmental and economic elements of a number of key issues of national and international interest. Stakeholders from a wide range of sectors have contributed to important debates on such issues as economic instruments, sustainable transportation, climate change and issues related to the development of eco-efficiency indicators in business.
