We asked several individuals for their expert feedback on the degrees of change diagram (and related documentation) as a whole, or parts of it. Reviewers provided many constructive comments and suggestions, but the NRTEE did not ask them to endorse the degrees of change diagram nor did they see the final diagram prior to its release.
