David McLaughlin, NRTEE President and CEO, and Dale Beugin, NRTEE Policy Advisor presented the findings of the NRTEE’s recent report Parallel Paths: Canada-U.S. Climate Policy Choices at a meeting of the Peterson Institute for International Economics in Washington, D.C.
